Team Hawaii Realty is a real estate company based in Hilo, Hawaii, led by Janice Murdoch, GRI. She has been in the real estate industry since 1988, starting as a residential appraiser and later obtaining her real estate salesperson license in Oregon in 1993 and her principal brokers license in 2000.
